Name, mobile phone number, vehicle details, pickup and drop-off locations, and any information you provide when you request towing or roadside service.

To dispatch and complete your service, and to send customer care and account notification messages about your service request, such as driver ETA and arrival updates, service status, and payment notifications.

SMS Consent and Mobile Information

We send text messages only to customers who give verbal consent when requesting service by phone. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
